Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operation, maintenance, repair, and extended service life of kitchen equipment at Ford Mexico facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure continuous operation of kitchen equipment 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Guarantee compliance with policies and objectives Carry out necessary tasks to ensure operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, diagnostics, consultations, advisory services, extended service life, and prevention of interruptions of kitchen equipment at Ford Mexico facilities. Ensure compliance with departmental policies, as well as implement measures directed toward achieving the organization’s strategic objectives, ensuring quality levels and response times within established budgets.
