




Job Summary: This role involves maintenance, installation, and technical support of equipment, as well as customer training on support usage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain, assemble, and deliver equipment, providing on-site and remote support. 2. Install IRC, label identifiers, and train customers on support procedures. 3. Apply advanced knowledge of Windows, software, and hardware. Responsibilities: * Maintain the configuration designed for the customer * Assemble equipment and pick up goods * Create tickets for on-site or remote support * Perform physical maintenance every three months on loaned equipment * Deliver equipment * Install IRC with partner customers and label the identifier * Train customers on how to request support Requirements: * Customer service experience * Completed technical high school diploma * Advanced knowledge of Windows * Knowledge of software and hardware * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license preferred Conditions: * Salary $12,000 * Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 \- 18:00 and Saturday half-day remote * Work location: Chapalita Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month License/Certification: * Driver's license (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
