Coordinate the information center and collaborative learning **Location:** Monterrey (with willingness to travel across Mexico) **Years of Experience:** 3–5 years **English:** Advanced **Objective:** Leverage data and category vision to develop assortment and shelving strategies for our customers, aiming to grow categories. **A Day in the Life of...** * Develop implementation guidelines based on shopper research analysis to execute Category Management and planogram initiatives * Generate category insights * Conduct workshops with business units to foster understanding of the Shopper Excellence process * Coordinate a Center of Excellence (COE) for information and learning by aligning cross-departmental stakeholders to create a collaborative working environment between Nestlé and its key customers. Lead and develop the team under your supervision **What Will Make You Successful:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Category Manager * Experience leading teams * Proficiency in specialized software (e.g., Spaceplanning) * Strong analytical and numerical skills * Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including negotiation, conflict resolution, assertive communication, results orientation, and excellent teamwork interaction * Advanced English
