Therefore, we invite you to participate in our recruitment process to join us as a **Housing Advisor for INFONAVIT**. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in economics, administration, or engineering fields. **WORK EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit or financial advisory/promotion and customer service. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Flexible availability regarding work hours. * Service-oriented attitude. * Organization skills, activity follow-up, and results orientation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Social awareness and teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. * Organization skills, activity follow-up, and results orientation. * Excellent customer or user service. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contact beneficiaries (via phone calls and messages). * Advise interested beneficiaries on acquiring INFONAVIT housing. * Build databases of beneficiaries interested in acquiring INFONAVIT housing. * Schedule appointments for housing developments. * Provide information about required documentation to access the Housing Program for Well-being. * Address questions and concerns raised by beneficiaries regarding the Housing Program for Well-being. **SALARY** * Monthly gross income of $16,000.00 MXN plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **BENEFITS** Additional income beyond your base salary: * Transportation allowance. * Grocery vouchers.
