Independent work with provided motorcycle and safety equipment **LEADING COMPANY IN POZA RICA IS SEEKING A MOTORCYCLE-BASED COLLECTIONS AGENT!** **Purpose of the Position:** Conduct collections, retention, and recovery activities (at client's home and/or workplace) in compliance with company policies and procedures, acting promptly to recover overdue payments, advising clients and promoting current payment plans to resolve their outstanding balances, as well as obtaining updated contact and location information for borrowers. **Requirements:** * Experience in door-to-door collections, customer service, or motorcycle-based delivery services. * Extensive experience operating motorcycles (mandatory), with a valid driver's license. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Customer service orientation. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $3,400 weekly \+ bonuses (estimated weekly earnings of $3,500 to $4,500) * Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off. * Working hours from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (2-hour lunch break) * Provided motorcycle, safety equipment, work tools, and gasoline vouchers * Statutory benefits and life insurance from day one * Growth opportunities. * Store discounts, payroll advances, loans, and many more benefits from Grupo Salinas Interested candidates please submit your CV.
