Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Supervise milling production, manage personnel, and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and industrial safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of production priorities PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Know and comply with standardized procedures, customer specifications, regulations, policies, and GMP, food safety, and industrial safety rules applicable to the Company. * Manage personnel in the milling area (millers, Sortex operators, rice formulators, and general assistants) to ensure proper operation of milling activities. * Maintain strict control and interpretation of daily performance metrics resulting from paddy rice milling. * Supervise that personnel under your responsibility comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), always focusing on product safety. * Disseminate standardized procedures (SOPs, WIs, Cleaning Procedures) to all personnel under your supervision and document the activity in the corresponding record. * Document and/or verify, timely and accurately, the information requested in logbooks: Production Reports, Critical Control Point (CCP) Verification, Non-Conforming Product Records for Rework, Cleaning Logs, etc. * Coordinate with the Shipping Manager the production priorities for rice across different sales channels: Wholesale, Retail, and Supermarkets. * Supervise and maintain order and cleanliness in your areas of responsibility: tunnels, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels of mills, semi-finished products, subproduct loading, straw mills, GR3 rice bagging, and half-grain loading.
