Reviews architectural, structural, mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP), finishing, and extraordinary drawings to establish budget foundations. 2. Reviews, generates, and reconciles cost drivers for project construction in coordination with relevant departments. 3. Requests quotations for materials and subcontractors for reconciliation. 4. Tracks the budgeting process for each project to compile necessary documentation for assembling the technical file and assigning the cost center. 5. Registers materials, labor, and subcontractors in Enkontrol according to the budget to initiate project execution. 6. Analyzes and documents cost information generated from completed projects. 7. Reconciles unit prices with contractors and monitors compliance with their obligations. 8. Analyzes material, labor, equipment, and tool productivity to develop rate cards and standard cost baselines. 9. Prepares change orders for payment of extraordinary work not included in already-approved budgets. 10.
