For this role, you will join a healthcare technology platform where Salesforce is a core system, deeply integrated with cloud services and data pipelines. ### **What You’ll Do** * Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. * Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. * Lead and support data integrations and migrations from external systems into Salesforce. * Implement asynchronous processing (Batch, Future, Queueable Apex) to handle high data volumes and platform limits. * Work with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure clean, repeatable deployments. * Collaborate with backend, data, and cloud teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. * Apply software engineering best practices including clean code, testing, documentation, and code reviews. * Contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. ### **What You’ll Bring** * 5\+ years of hands\-on **Salesforce development experience (Apex and LWC).** * Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and external systems. * Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, large data volumes, and migration strategies. * Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX, Git, automation). * Strong testing mindset with Apex unit tests and coverage strategies. * Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and collaborate cross\-functionally. * Advanced English proficiency (C1\). ### **Nice to Have** * Experience with ETL tools, data warehouses, or large\-scale data migration projects. * Exposure to AWS or cloud\-based architectures integrated with Salesforce. * Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Omni\-Channel, or contact center solutions. * Salesforce certifications (Developer or Architect tracks). ### **Why Join EX Squared?** * Work on a real, production healthcare platform with scalability challenges. * Engineering\-focused culture with a strong emphasis on quality and long\-term thinking. * Collaboration with senior engineers across LATAM and the U.S. * Opportunity to grow as a technical Salesforce engineer beyond configuration work. ### **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation in USD. * 100% remote work from Latin America. * Access to continuous learning and professional growth. * Inclusive, collaborative, and engineering\-driven culture. \#LI\-REMOTE
