API Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in API development and management who actively participates in technological operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in API development and management with Apigee X or Edge 2. Active participation in technical ceremonies and multidisciplinary teams 3. Collaboration in incident analysis and promotion of best practices Required Profile: * 1 to 3 years of experience in API development and management * Practical experience with Apigee X or Apigee Edge * Integration of REST services * Experience in analyzing and resolving incidents in production environments * Conversational English (mandatory) Technical Skills: * Development and configuration of API Proxies in Apigee * API management and monitoring (Apigee, Google Cloud Platform) * Proficiency with testing tools: Postman, SoapUI * Implementation of API security: OAuth 2\.0, JWT, API Keys * Basic knowledge of CI/CD (desirable) * Log and metrics analysis for troubleshooting Responsibilities: * Apply policies, standards, and procedures related to API management, security, and technological operations. * Meet established SLAs for incident resolution, requirements handling, and deployments. * Actively participate in technical ceremonies, operational follow-up, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. * Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation for APIs under your responsibility. * Collaborate in identifying and analyzing root causes of incidents, proposing preventive actions. * Promote best practices in API development, security, and operations. Salary: $50,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
