We are looking for a **Pastry Assistant** with REAL experience in pastry production. Important: This position is exclusively for candidates with hands-on experience or technical training in pastry. We are NOT seeking administrative profiles or university degrees. Work location: Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico Schedule: Wednesday to Monday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $10,000 gross monthly \+ statutory benefits **What will you do?** 1\. Assist in daily pastry production 2\. Prepare products following recipes and standards 3\. Decorate and present desserts 4\. Verify quality, taste, and presentation 5\. Organize and clean the work area 6\. Assist in basic inventory and supply control **What profile are we seeking?** Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pastry. Technical training or verifiable hands-on experience Basic knowledge of baking and ingredient handling Organized, responsible individuals with attention to detail. Responsible.
