Opportunity for growth in a junior role eager to learn. **Role Objective** -------------------- Support the creation of audiovisual content for social media/events: recording, editing, and on-site content capture, ensuring functional and timely deliverables. **Key Skills** --------------------- * **Basic Production (recording)** * Camera operation * Basic knowledge of: * + Framing + Lighting (natural and basic continuous light) + Audio (use of lavalier / shotgun microphones) * Ability to record at events * **Video Editing (functional level)** * Proficiency with tools such as: * + Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, or Final Cut * Ability to: * + Cut and clean clips + Add subtitles + Apply basic music and rhythm + Export in correct formats (reels, stories, horizontal) * **Content Capture** * Ability to: * + Shoot B\-roll footage + Record clips for social media + Capture key moments at events * **Event Coverage** * Mobility availability * Ability to work under pressure * Basic understanding of: * + Simple lighting setup (ring light, LED panel) + Quick audio setup * Material organization (avoid losing files) **Ideal Profile (soft skills)** ------------------------------ * Responsibility * Proactivity * Strong visual sense * File and deliverable organization * Eagerness to learn ### **What You’ll Do** * Record content (video and photos) for social media * Edit video (reels, stories, short-form content) * Cover events (on-site content capture) * Assist with basic production (lighting, simple audio) * Organize and deliver materials ### **Requirements** * Basic/intermediate experience in: * + Recording with camera or smartphone + Video editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, Final Cut, etc.) * Basic knowledge of: * + Lighting + Audio (microphones) * Availability to cover events * Organization and responsibility regarding deliverables ### **Desirable (not mandatory)** * Strong eye for social media content * Prior event experience * Awareness of digital content trends **Important:** This is a junior role.
