We commit to quality and innovation in each of our projects. We are seeking a talented **Procurement Analyst** to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our operations.
As a **Procurement Analyst**, you will be responsible for managing minor purchases of materials, goods, and services required by the company. This includes tracking purchase orders to ensure effective and timely deliveries, as well as preparing comparative tables to optimize our purchasing decisions.
**Key Functions and Responsibilities:**
* **Purchase Order Tracking:** Ensure continuous tracking throughout the entire procurement process; confirm with suppliers receipt of purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines until goods arrive at the warehouse.
* **Preparation of Comparative Tables:** Identify competitive suppliers, request quotations, and prepare comparative tables to assist in determining the best option based on cost, delivery time, and availability.
* **Document Control:** Manage documentation supporting each purchase, including requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and warehouse receipt records.
* **Departmental Request Handling:** Maintain contact with various business units and site supervisors nationwide, sharing requirement forms and updating the status of their requests.
**Requirements:**
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree, candidate, or graduate in Business Administration, International Business, or Accounting. (If the required academic qualification is not held, relevant years of experience in similar positions will be considered.)
**Experience:**
* Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role within installation or service-oriented companies, preferably in glass and aluminum or construction.
**Previous Positions:**
* Sales, Site Administrator, or Customer Service.
**Knowledge:**
* Procurement of materials, goods, or services.
* Supply chain.
* Inventory min/max level management.
* Procurement process and tracking.
