Job Summary: Transportes MexAmerik is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to manage tractor-trailer fleets, ensure vehicle condition, supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, and support staff performance evaluations. Join us as a **Workshop Supervisor** and become part of the **MexAmerik** experience. **Location:** Teoloyucan **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience * Availability for flexible scheduling and shift rotation. **Schedule:** Rotating 12-hour shifts, mixed schedule from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs, and a 5-hour Saturday shift. **Responsibilities:** Manage fleets comprising over 500 tractor-trailers. Ensure the status of units entering and exiting the workshop. Inspect assigned units (tractors, trailers, and dollies) scheduled for maintenance to complete the Work Order (WO). Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance timelines for units. Validate damage reports and complete the WO. Comply with preventive maintenance traffic-light indicators, completing required services according to the WO. Coordinate with the warehouse to verify availability of spare parts, ensuring unit release per preventive maintenance schedules. Prepare external workshop dispatch orders for units requiring such service. Ensure units serviced by external workshops meet original delivery conditions (diesel level, dents, mirrors, etc.). Timely and accurate registration of work orders in the ERP system. Support supervision and performance evaluation of the maintenance department staff. Issue warehouse requisition slips (electronic and pre-printed).
