Location: Atizapán de Zaragoza Work Mode: On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Responsibilities: Extract, clean, and validate data from internal systems (ERP, CRM, databases). Analyze operational, commercial, and financial information to identify trends and opportunities. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI or Excel. Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for various departments. Automate analysis and reporting processes to optimize time and reduce errors. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, costs, inventory, etc.). Support planning and decision-making through quantitative analysis. Collaborate with departments such as production, logistics, finance, and sales to understand information needs. Identify data inconsistencies and propose solutions. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in data analysis. Advanced corporate English. SQL proficiency (mandatory). Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas; macros preferred). Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Database management knowledge. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
