Job Summary: UNIR Mexico is seeking a Selection Analyst to manage recruitment processes—from job posting to collecting documentation required for hiring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the entire personnel selection and recruitment process. 2. Conducts interviews and coordinates with department heads. 3. Join our team as a **Selection Analyst** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Post job openings on various Mexican employment portals. * Detail requested vacancy or vacancies with internal clients. * Track each process with internal clients, providing status updates from initiation to completion of the selection process. * Conduct interviews. * Schedule interviews with department heads. * Collect documentation required for hiring personnel for the office. * Submit document folders to the Human Resources Administration department. * Update tracking status in the global database. * Review job openings in the system and submit them for approval. * Request and track verification of professional references. * Provide administrative support for required tasks. **What do you need to apply?** Bachelor’s degree candidate or graduate. Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection. **Intermediate English proficiency** **We offer:** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs.
