




JOB OBJECTIVE Monitor, analyze, record, and report the accounting close process for the preparation of Financial Statements and reports under US GAAP regulations. Monitor, verify, and execute accounting operational processes and controls for recording and reporting in Oracle. Ensure the preparation and submission of Financial Statements under US GAAP regulations and reports requested by the Group. JOB FUNCTIONS Analyze and execute compliance with monthly closing processes, ensuring implementation of controls for recording in Oracle. Guarantee the quality and integrity of financial information for business decision-making and analysis. Prepare reports, integrations, and reconciliations for all accounting accounts. Clarity and control over the detail comprising each accounting account, including its origin, application, and aging. Execute the monthly accounting close timely and accurately to support the submission of Financial Statements and internal regulatory reports for the Group. Accuracy, reliability, and certainty of financial information. Manage reporting: prepare, execute, and monitor monthly and quarterly reports for the Group. Deliver reports on time and accurately to ensure timely financial information analysis. Support internal and external audits; ensure compliance with and timely delivery of audit requirements. Implement controls identified by Internal Audit (AI) to mitigate or eliminate enterprise risk. JOB PROFILE Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or Finance English: Basic Technical Knowledge: * US Accounting Standards (US GAAP) * Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs) * ERP systems (Oracle preferred) * Proficiency in Excel (formulas and pivot tables) Area(s) of Experience 3–5 years of accounting experience under US GAAP in the insurance sector* Prudential is a multinational financial services leader with operations in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
