At **Rombo Logística**, we are looking for a passionate **Allied Recruiter** who excels at connecting with operators, building trust, and ensuring every project benefits from the coverage that sets us apart. ### **Primary Function:** Recruit affiliates and support the affiliation of operators with **sedans and executive vans (7, 14, and up to 20 passengers)**, guaranteeing local and national coverage for our corporate clients’ employee transportation projects. ### **Responsibilities:** * Post and manage job openings on social media and digital platforms. * Prospect operators (cars, minivans, and vans) directly or via referrals. * Screen candidates based on **vehicle type, experience, documentation, and availability**. * Clearly explain benefits, requirements, and affiliation processes using a persuasive approach. * Follow up until **affiliation and activation into operations**. * Coordinate with the **Control Center, Training, and Operations teams** to ensure seamless integration of each affiliate. * Report performance metrics and provide weekly progress updates. ### **Requirements:** * Experience in **recruitment, business prospecting, and a strong aptitude for and enthusiasm toward sales.** * Knowledge of prospect follow-up and pipeline management. * Experience working with operators and fleet owners across various vehicle types: Motorcycles, cars, small vans, trucks (1.5 to 3.5 tons), rabón, torton, and trailers for last-mile delivery and freight. * Proficiency in social media and digital tools: WhatsApp Business, email, Google Drive, Excel, or CRM systems. * **Availability to support projects in both local and out-of-town locations.** * Basic knowledge of operator/vehicle documentation and validation procedures. * Flexible schedule to provide customer service and track the recruitment process. * Willingness to travel within Mexico at least once every three months. ### **We Offer:** * Salary: MXN $12,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits from day one * Commissions for achieving targets ### **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * **Saturday Home Office: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.** * **Our office is located at Ceiba #38, Colonia Santa María Insurgentes — adjacent to Hospital La Raza and near Metrobús Circuito (Lines 3 and 1).** **This is your opportunity to grow professionally and personally — join our team!**
