Job Summary: We are seeking an accountant to manage accounting and tax compliance, ensuring efficiency and growth within a machinery and construction company. Key Highlights: 1. Work flexibility At **ICC DELTA**, a company focused on machinery and construction solutions, we are looking for an accountant to support the accurate management of the company's accounting and tax affairs, aligned with our commitment to efficiency and growth. **Responsibilities:** * Advisory services and processing of procedures before the Tax Administration Service (SAT). * Preparation of official documents, clarifications, and responses to tax-related requests. * Comprehensive accounting recordkeeping: revenues, expenses, provisions, and taxes. * Preparation of accounting books in accordance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). * Analysis and preparation of financial statements and financial indicators. * Filing of the Informative Declaration of Transactions with Third Parties (DIOT). * Determination of employer-employee contributions to: * Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) * SAR * National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT) * (for an approximate staff of 12 employees) * Determination and filing of federal and local taxes (monthly and annual). * Management of tax procedures such as: e-signature, digital seal certificates, address changes, company registrations and cancellations, and activation of the tax mailbox. * Submission of ICSOE, SISUB, and SIROC reports. * Submission of electronic accounting records in compliance with current regulations. * Payroll processing (biweekly and monthly), including calculation and stamping of CFDI. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (graduated or intern). * Demonstrable experience in general accounting and taxation. * Proficiency in SAT platforms and accounting systems. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax legislation. * Experience in payroll calculation and employer obligations. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Fee-based compensation (commensurate with experience). * Work flexibility. * Growth opportunity with ICC DELTA. * Excellent work environment within an expanding company. * **Mandatory** knowledge and/or experience with **RESICO for Legal Entities**.
