Implementation of technological services. Tracking of incidents and technical requirements. Customer accompaniment during solution implementation. On-site and office-based support and assistance. Approximately 40% of time spent traveling with customers, and the remainder in the office. **What are we looking for?** Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field (recent graduates welcome). No prior experience required. Proactive profile with interest in continuous learning and self-study. **What do we offer?** Salary: **MXN $13,000 net per month**. Year-end bonus equivalent to **30 days' salary**. After 1 year: **Major Medical Expense Insurance and bonus**. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**.
