We value the talent and creativity of our team, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment where each employee has the opportunity to grow and develop professionally. **Job Requirements** * Must reside in Mexico City. * Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree (preferably) in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Engineering-Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; basic knowledge of REVIT MEP Electrical is desirable. * Must have personal computer equipment with AutoCAD installed for use during the first 3 months of employment. * An AutoCAD knowledge assessment test will be administered. * Organizational skills, teamwork, excellent oral and written communication, proactivity, and a positive attitude when facing complex situations. * Availability for occasional travel (once per month). **Job Responsibilities** * The designer will be primarily responsible for drafting electrical installations using AutoCAD. * Provide design support in Revit when required. * Assist in developing execution drawings. * Collaborate closely with various departments within the electrical team. * Participate in internal work meetings and technical presentations. * Attend in-person client meetings when necessary. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly salary ranging from $10,000 to $12,000 (based on knowledge and experience). * One-year contract, followed by indefinite-term employment after successful completion of a 3-month probation period and one year of service. * Full-time schedule with hybrid work model (90% remote). * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Statutory benefits. * Vacation policy exceeding statutory requirements.
