Join the great **MX Family** as: **RECEPTIONIST WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE HOSPITALITY SECTOR** **What Are We Looking For?** * Excellent attitude and passion for customer service * Minimum education: Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in **Tourism**. * Intermediate to Advanced English (B1, B2, or C1) **Core Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service & Hospitality:** Greet guests, provide information about the hotel and local attractions. * **Check-in and Check-out:** Register guest arrivals/departures, assign rooms, and issue/collect keys. * **Administrative Management:** Manage reservations (phone, email, **OTAs, OPERA, CLOUDBEST**) and handle billing and collections. * **Conflict Resolution:** Address complaints and manage unexpected situations to ensure a pleasant stay. * **Internal Coordination:** Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready. **What Do We Offer?** * Direct employment contract with the company * Weekly salary: **$3,150 net free + sales commission** * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training and development * Social responsibility program (**vision health campaigns, medical campaigns, discounts at establishments and educational institutions, etc.**) **What Is Your Work Schedule?** * **Shift Rotation:** **6:00 AM to 2:00 PM** **2:00 PM to 10:00 PM** **10:00 PM to 6:00 AM** **Monday to Sunday, with mid-week rest days.** **Which Hotel Is This Position Located At?** * **Hotel MX Más Centro**, a few blocks from Zócalo Metro Station * **Hotel MX Más Roma**, a few blocks from Glorieta Insurgentes * **Hotel MX Condesa**, a few blocks from Sevilla Metro Station * **Hotel MX Garibaldi**, a few blocks from Garibaldi/Lagunilla Metro Station * **Hotel MX Forum Buenavista**, opposite Buenavista Metrobús Station * **Hotel VIVE MX WTC**, one block from Poliforum Metrobús Station Join the great **MX Family!**
