***Gran Hotel Ciudad de México is seeking*** **HOSTESS CONCIERGE** **Position Objective** To deliver an exceptional guest welcome experience that reflects the service standards, elegance, and hospitality inherent to a luxury hotel, ensuring personalized, courteous, and efficient attention from the first point of contact. **Key Responsibilities** * Warmly, professionally, and personally welcome guests. * Efficiently manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments. * Maintain constant communication with the service team and kitchen staff. * Accommodate guests’ special requests (preferences, celebrations, VIPs). * Resolve situations discreetly with a customer satisfaction focus. * Keep the restaurant reception area immaculate and aligned with luxury standards. * Cordially bid farewell to guests, encouraging their return. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum experience: 1–2 years as a Hostess or in customer service within luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or premium brands. * **Language:** * Intermediate–advanced English (able to hold fluent conversations with international guests). * A third language is an asset. **Competencies and Skills** * Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor. * Genuine service-oriented attitude and hospitality. * Clear and courteous verbal communication. * Ability to handle situations under pressure. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Discretion and confidentiality. * Cultural sensitivity and multicultural interaction.
