We seek field or on-site support engineers with experience in network installation, support, and monitoring for diverse projects or clients. **About Our Value Proposition** * Access to certifications and courses from brands such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, etc. * Excellent work environment, with real medium- and long-term career development. * Operational freedom to manage your time and achieve a professional–personal balance. **Our Offer** * **Compensation:** MXN 15,700 net monthly + MXN 1,500 monthly bonus under direct employment contract, plus statutory benefits. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday half-day when required. * **Work Area:** Mexico City (CDMX) and Metropolitan Zone. **What We’re Looking For** * 2 years of experience as: field engineer, on-site support engineer, installation engineer, field support technician, antenna installer, cabling technician, telecommunications analyst, or telco engineer. * Technical Superior University degree (TSU) / incomplete or completed engineering degree (preferred). * 1 year of experience installing, implementing, and configuring network switches, access points, CPEs (modems, Wi-Fi routers, 4G/5G receiving antennas, VoIP devices), ONTs (fiber optics, GPON), and structured cabling — for brands including Aruba, Ruckus, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP-Link, etc. * 1 year of on-site support and troubleshooting for Wi-Fi networks: physical layer (MDF nodes and IDF distribution points), cable verification, power supply, hardware (status lights on access devices, hubs, repeaters), and Wi-Fi connectivity protocols (latency, jitter, packet loss, and signal strength (RSSI) testing via SNMP, WMI using Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.). * Knowledge of Level 1 physical or network issue resolution to ensure optimal operation.
