You will support residential installations, including fiber optic cable laying and routing inside buildings (residences, offices, and commercial buildings), ensuring high-quality service delivery to end customers. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school or technical high school diploma (preferred). * **NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** * Customer-oriented attitude, responsibility, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. ### **We Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $8,000 per month * **Monthly Bonuses:** Ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 based on performance * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation days, year-end bonus) * Work tools, transportation vehicle, and fuel provided by the company * Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth within the company
