Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth **Entry-Level Installation Assistant (Totalplay)** ------------------------------------------------------- **Base Salary: $8,000 \+ Monthly Bonuses from $1,000 to $5,000** **Location:** Mexico City (CDMX) **Position Type:** Full-time ### **Job Description:** At **Totalplay**, we are looking for **Assistants** with no prior experience in fiber optic network installation and maintenance. You will support residential installations, laying and routing fiber optic cables inside buildings (residences, offices, and apartment complexes), ensuring high-quality service to end customers. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed junior high school or technical high school diploma (preferred). * **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** * Customer-oriented attitude, responsibility, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Flexible availability for work hours. ### **We Offer:** * **Base Salary**: $8,000 per month * **Monthly Bonuses**: From $1,000 to $5,000 based on performance * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation days, year-end bonus) * Work tools, company vehicle, and fuel provided by the company * Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth within the company
