Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station. **What we’re looking for** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or final-year student). * 1–2 years’ experience administering payroll for 250–300 employees, including incident receipt, tracking, and review; payroll verification (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit deductions); calculation and preparation of ISN, Fonacot loans, IMSS variability, bonus calculations, occupational risk assessments, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc. * 1–2 years’ experience processing payroll settlements, severance payments, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and loan calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot). * 1–2 years’ experience conducting tax reconciliations: tax determination and filing, and employer–employee contribution reporting.
