Responsibilities: **Your Impact** As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities would include: * Perform blind receipt of shipments, verifying incoming goods per process and documenting exceptions when applicable. * Receive defective-quality products and manage them in the system, including proper write-offs per established procedures. * Ensure full execution of commercial initiatives, validating that shipments meet required specifications and quantities. * Record warehouse loads in SAP, accurately and promptly capturing inventory movements to maintain up-to-date stock levels. Qualifications: **Who We’re Looking For:** * **Education:** Completed high school; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in a distribution center (CEDIS). * Basic **SAP** knowledge (recording/querying movements related to receipts, shipments, and load accounting). * Basic **Excel** skills (data entry, control, and handling of simple information). * **Effective communication** (follow-up with internal departments and operational coordination). * **Teamwork** (collaboration with operators, supervisors, and other departments). * **Adaptability** (flexibility in response to schedule changes, shifting priorities, and operational needs). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
