Position Summary: We are seeking a professional in Interior Design or Interior Architecture to develop and oversee residential and commercial projects, accompanying clients from conceptualization through implementation. We are looking for a professional in Interior Design or Interior Architecture to develop and oversee residential and commercial projects. **INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT** * Work Location: CDMX \| SANTA FE SHOWROOM * Schedule: Monday to Sunday \| 11 AM \- 8 PM ***Required Profile:*** * Completed studies in Interior Design or Interior Architecture * Proficiency in Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office * Passion for design, interior decoration, and current decor trends * Prior experience in closing interior design projects is desirable ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Development of interior design proposals * Preparation of presentations and quotations aligned with client needs * Client accompaniment throughout the entire project lifecycle—from conceptualization to closure and implementation * Collaboration with other departments to calculate material consumption, material costs, and labor costs * Generation of new business opportunities through prospecting and strategic engagement with potential clients ***What We Offer:*** * Opportunity to join an exclusive showroom featuring prestigious international brands * Salary: $9,600 gross \| per month * Guaranteed commission of $13,000 during the first month, in addition to salary * Two days off per week \| Friday \- Saturday or Sunday \- Monday * Commission range of $13,000 \- $20,000 (uncapped) starting from the second month * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation time, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation premium (prima vacacional), Sunday premium (prima dominical), and profit-sharing * Enhanced benefits: Savings fund (10% of base salary); starting from the second year, the year-end bonus increases to 20 days and the vacation premium increases to 30% ***Are you interested—or do you know someone ideal for this creative challenge?
