Professional development and training **About the Company** We are a gas station currently seeking an Evening Shift Supervisor, who is responsible for shift closing procedures, cash receipt and counting, incident resolution during the shift, etc. **Job Requirements** * Completed degree in Business Administration or related field * Prior experience as Floor Supervisor or Shift Supervisor, or in retail environments, minimum 1 year * Advanced knowledge of cash counting * Advanced personnel management skills * Intermediate knowledge of shift closing procedures * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned personnel * Accurately perform cash counting and shift closing procedures * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and service standards at the station * Assist in resolving problems and conflicts arising during the shift * Carry out required administrative controls * Ensure proper service to both cash and credit customers * Distribute work tools to shift personnel * Address customer complaints * Handle valuables delivery * Receive fuel tankers **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly gross salary: $15,000 * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company * Specialized training and coaching on PEMEX protocols and internal controls Work location: Tlalnepantla Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
