Description
A multinational company located in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, is seeking a JUNIOR DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST to perform the following responsibilities:
**Main Responsibilities**
* Analyze historical sales data, trends, and demand behavior.
* Develop and update short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts.
* Generate performance reports and indicators (forecast accuracy, inventory levels, turnover, etc.).
* Identify risks of overstock or product shortages.
* Collaborate with commercial and procurement departments to align demand, purchasing, and sales.
* Maintain up-to-date information in ERP systems and planning tools.
* Support inventory and product coverage analysis.
**Requirements:**
* Engineering degree or bachelor's degree (completed)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (procurement, demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, data analysis)
* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; data analysis experience required; Power BI knowledge is preferred
**Compensation Package:**
* Monthly salary: $16,000 to $18,000, depending on experience
* Food vouchers: $1,250 monthly
