In this role, you will play a pivotal part in steering data\-driven initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of complex programs from start to finish. You will work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to align strategic goals with practical delivery outcomes. **Responsibilities** * Oversee the end\-to\-end delivery of data\-related programs and ensure alignment with business objectives * Coordinate cross\-functional teams to drive timely and high\-quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle * Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the main point of contact for delivery matters * Define and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and ensure delivery excellence * Identify risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track * Promote best practices and continuous improvement within delivery processes and team workflows * Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business representatives, and senior leadership * Ensure proper resource planning and allocation across multiple workstreams to meet delivery commitments * Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high\-performance working environment * Provide regular reporting and transparent updates on delivery status, milestones, and outcomes **Requirements** * At least 8\+ years of relevant IT experience across diverse projects and environments * Minimum of 3 years working in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles * 2\+ years of experience leading teams of at least 20 employees * Participation in at least 5 full\-cycle projects, or experience launching a product or a key product capability to the market * Strong background in project administration, including planning, tracking, and reporting * Solid expertise in working with data and managing data\-driven initiatives * Hands\-on understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling and integration * Practical experience with Tableau for building dashboards, reports, and visual analytics * Working knowledge of AWS cloud services for supporting data and infrastructure needs * Strong understanding of the SDLC and ability to apply it across delivery initiatives * Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders * Excellent spoken and written English skills at an Advanced level **Nice to have** * Knowledge of Data Governance principles, including data quality, ownership, and compliance practices * Hands\-on experience with SAP BW for enterprise data warehousing and business intelligence
