Coordinator in the restaurant / fast food industry** Degree: **Administration, Business, Nutrition, or related field.** Flexible working hours **Responsibilities 1** **1** Continuously monitor operational processes across all stores to ensure adherence to established standards and maintenance of expected quality levels. **2** Coordinate and supervise team performance at each store, providing necessary guidance to branch supervisors for proper fulfillment of operational responsibilities. **3** Ensure all stores comply with brand-specific regulations as well as governmental institutions’ requirements related to food safety, health, occupational safety, environmental standards, and other applicable regulations. **4** Supervise and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, expansion projects, or operational changes aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. **5** Ensure compliance with established performance indicators or KPIs according to the organization’s defined strategy. **6** Supervise and ensure compliance with REV, REC, and internal audit requirements. **Responsibilities 2** **1** Monitor staffing levels across stores in accordance with authorized staffing plans. **2** Monitor staffing compliance and employee turnover per store, and follow up on recruitment and selection processes. **3** Submit staff promotion requests to the Human Talent department, participating in the corresponding evaluation of each employee to ensure appropriate process execution. **4** Request and supervise completion of training programs according to the annual training plan and operational training established by the relevant department. **5** Ensure employees comply with the company’s internal work regulations, procedures, policies, and guidelines. **6** Authorize additional payments to employees, such as overtime pay, bonuses, etc. **7** Request operational training from the relevant department to ensure employees’ proficiency in product preparation. **8** Timely evaluate the performance of supervised staff to identify and provide feedback on improvement opportunities. **9** Supervise implementation of strategies designed to foster a positive work environment and motivate staff. **Responsibilities 3** **1** Request required resources from the Expenditure Coordination department and verify each requested expense. **2** Verify that staff maintain appropriate appearance, following established guidelines on attire, hygiene, and professional conduct. **3** Observe staff interactions with customers, ensuring adherence to customer service protocols, maintaining a friendly attitude, and resolving inquiries efficiently. **4** Ensure staff follow established procedures for sales, product handling, services, safety, and other internal store regulations. **5** Provide performance-based feedback to staff in alignment with goal achievement. **6** Ensure inventory counts reflect actual stock levels as reported by store supervisors. **7** Ensure compliance with REV audit requirements. **Responsibilities 4** **1** Inform and ensure all store managers receive clear directives regarding commercial strategies to be implemented, communicating objectives and deadlines. **2** Coordinate appropriate allocation of resources (staff, materials, products) required for implementing commercial strategies at each store. **3** Organize training sessions or informational briefings for store staff on commercial strategies, ensuring full understanding of effective implementation. **4** Evaluate the impact of implemented commercial strategies on sales, customer satisfaction, and key metrics to ensure sales budget compliance. **5** Adjust in-store pricing according to region and franchise-established strategy. **6** Coordinate in-store product and promotion additions/removals as stipulated. **7** Ensure delivery processes are executed correctly. 8 Inform and ensure all store managers receive clear directives regarding commercial strategies to be implemented, communicating objectives and deadlines. 9 Establish action plans per region based on sales analysis and performance comparison. 10 Prepare various reports: * Sales * Tickets * Customers * Combos * Promotions * Sales locations * Trends * Hours For sales strategy implementation. **Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday** * Day off: Sundays **We Offer**
