The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across multiple units, guaranteeing profitability, regulatory compliance, and loyalty of key customers. Position Objective Lead and standardize operations of assigned units through strategic management that balances administrative-financial control, talent development, and strong relationships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities * **Operational Excellence:** Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, food safety (H Distinction/NOM), hospitality, and environmental standards. * **Financial Management:** Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales control, food cost optimization, and service levels. * **Customer Relations:** Serve as the strategic liaison with customers, handling audits, negotiations, and providing effective resolution of incidents. * **Resource Administration:** Efficiently manage human capital, supplies, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations without deviations. * **Talent Development:** Lead and motivate on-site teams, fostering a positive work environment and coordinating training programs and performance evaluations. * **Logistics Control:** Oversee inventory, facility maintenance, and waste reduction strategies. Required Profile * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Gastronomy, or related field (degree required). * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in multi-unit management roles, preferably within industrial cafeterias, hospitality services, or food retail. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Logistics planning and supply chain management. * Management of high-volume business units. * Food hygiene and safety regulations. * **Skills:** Systemic business vision, leadership of operational/administrative teams, and strong negotiation capability.
