We are now looking for your talent as: **“Maintenance Leader” – Mexico City (Polanco)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ✔ Coordinate and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure continuous operation. ✔ Maintenance of cooking equipment (stoves, ovens, etc.). ✔ Ensure cleaning or replacement of restaurant equipment for proper operation. ✔ Plumbing and electrical maintenance in facilities. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school diploma (preferably a technical degree in maintenance). Minimum two years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance (preferably in industrial, hotel, or restaurant settings). Knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electricity. Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Service-oriented attitude and proactivity. Problem-solving skills.
