If you are proactive, capable of solving problems, and passionate about industrial maintenance, this is your opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic and challenging environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. * Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical failures in industrial machinery. * Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings for correct equipment installation and repair. * Use advanced diagnostic tools such as thermal imaging cameras, clamp meters, and stethoscopes for early fault detection. * Apply lean manufacturing principles to maintenance tasks to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. * Document maintenance activities, including failure reports, repairs performed, and maintenance plans. * Actively participate in continuous improvement of maintenance processes and implementation of new technologies. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and quality standards, including knowledge of ISO 9001. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction. * Maintain a detailed inventory record of spare parts and tools, ensuring their availability and good condition. **Job Requirements:** * Diploma in Electromechanical Technology or incomplete Engineering degree in related fields. * Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience as an Electromechanical Technician. * Solid knowledge of electricity, specifically low-voltage systems. * Experience in industrial mechanics. * Familiarity with thermal imaging cameras, clamp meters, and stethoscopes. * Knowledge and application of lean manufacturing tools. * Understanding of maintenance theory and associated metrics. * Knowledge of the principles and requirements of ISO 9001. * Availability to work in Mexico City. * Proactive, responsible attitude with strong learning capability. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional development in a recognized company. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * A collaborative and stimulating work environment. * Ongoing training in new technologies and methodologies.
