Schedule * 5 hours per day * Flexible schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Monday to Friday Candidate Profile Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Administration, or related field intern. * Interest in competency-based selection processes. * Analytical and organizational skills. * Clear communication and service-oriented attitude. * High sense of responsibility and commitment. Key Responsibilities * Support in job posting and dissemination strategy. * Resume analysis and screening based on job requirements. * Updating and managing candidate database. * Preparation of basic departmental reports and metrics. * Integration of digital personnel files. What We Offer * Monetary compensation of $5,000 net per month. * Practical training in real-world Recruitment and Selection processes. * Participation in analysis of talent attraction sources. * Direct feedback for the development of professional competencies. * Letter of recommendation upon completion of the internship. Salary: Up to $5,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
