Excellent work environment and growth opportunities Work Area: Roma–Condesa, CDMX Schedule: Morning or evening shift Salary: $13,000 – monthly Employment Type: 3-month probationary period with potential for indefinite-term contract Days Off: 1 weekday off (rotating) Start Date: Immediate Job Description At Maison Celeste, we seek a Morning–Evening Concierge with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail, focused on delivering a warm and personalized guest experience within a boutique hospitality setting. Responsibilities * Direct and personalized guest service. * Check\-in and check\-out. * Coordination of requests, services, and local recommendations. * Reservation follow-up and communication with other operational departments. * Basic supervision of common areas and guest experience. * Recording of operational incidents. * Use of reservation systems such as Little Hotelier and Cloudbeds. Requirements * Experience in front desk, concierge, or customer service (preferred). * Excellent service attitude and professional appearance. * Conversational English (mandatory). * Problem-solving ability and teamwork skills. * Immediate availability.
