




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Analyst to coordinate product deliveries, manage shipment tracking, and schedule appointments with customers and internal departments. Monitor product shipments, rejections, and cancellations. Schedule and confirm appointments. Prepare reports, track KPIs, and manage incidents. Track insurance claims.
