At **UNIFIN**, we are seeking a **MANAGER CONTROLLER** in **CIUDAD DE MEXICO**. We seek creative, results-oriented individuals who can adapt to diverse situations, possess excellent communication skills, and are capable of managing conflicts. **Objective:** Responsible for control and recordkeeping in the company’s financial and operational processes. Supervise the accounting regulatory framework, regulatory compliance, accounts receivable recording, accounts payable recording, general ledger, and accounting reconciliations across internal systems. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Preparation of individual financial statements * Supervision of the internal audit team * Compliance with the IFRS regulatory framework * Recording of accrued taxes * Recording of closing journal entries * Review of monthly financial close * **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree holder) * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions and/or accounting supervision roles * Experience in financial analysis and information management Technical Knowledge * Strong technical accounting expertise * Compliance with current IFRS regulatory requirements * Advanced Excel proficiency * ERP experience preferred (Dynamics preferred) * Intermediate English **We Offer:** * Professional growth and development within an expanding company * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive base salary + superior benefits * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm. **Work Location: CDMX, Polanco** **Hybrid Work Mode**
