**Global entertainment company is seeking** **Financial Controller** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Financial management and control:** Oversee and supervise accounting and financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and cost reduction. * **Preparation and presentation of reports:** Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and administration, ensuring accurate and timely information. * **Supervision and auditing:** Lead internal and external audits, supervise the accounting team, and ensure compliance with tax and legal obligations. * **Process development and improvement:** Implement and optimize internal control policies, procedures, and systems to support growth and efficiency. * **Cost and budget management:** Actively participate in budget preparation and control, as well as in managing operations with related parties. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting. * Familiarity with ERP systems and knowledge of accounting software. * Advanced English proficiency. **Key Competencies:** * Honesty, integrity, and reliability. * Service orientation and decision-making skills. * Planning and leadership. **Work Environment:** Office setting, regular working hours, professional atmosphere.
