Execute activities related to Hygiene, Environment, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, Asset Security, and Occupational Health, ensuring compliance with legal, governmental, and corporate requirements. The objective is to guarantee optimal working conditions and prevent occupational accidents and incidents. * Conduct industrial safety analyses to promote compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the Organization. * Carry out inspections of facilities and equipment to verify compliance with legal and corporate requirements. * Manage personal protective equipment, uniforms, and other materials necessary for personnel to perform tasks safely. * Collaborate with operational areas to conduct job-specific risk assessments and implement required actions to minimize potential on-site safety risks and ensure compliance with applicable requirements. * Coordinate the Safety and Hygiene Committee, as well as participate in and/or coordinate other committees or groups established to ensure operations comply with applicable legal requirements. * Monitor safety training plans and programs. * Train operational staff, new hires, and contractors on policies, guidelines, and legal requirements. * Ensure maintenance and/or replacement of emergency response equipment, as well as general signage. * Collect necessary information to generate indicator reports or renew legal permits related to Safety, Civil Protection, and Environment. * Manage and control suppliers and specialized services, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and Company requirements. * Review the implementation of emergency response teams and monitor safety measures (signage, emergency teams, safety equipment, fire prevention, first aid). * Apply current regulations to minimize risks at the plant. * Update and maintain applicable procedures for the area. * Keep corporate reports up to date. * Participate in incident and accident investigations. * Gather necessary documentation for required legal procedures and monitor them until official documents required for the site are obtained.
