Our offer includes: * **Compensation**: MXN 28,000 gross monthly, plus statutory benefits, 100% nominal, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Paid Vacation and Absence Days, Year-End Bonus, and Training Program \[access to ISTQB, Scrum, HASTQB, etc. courses and certifications after 3 months. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location**: On-site, Polanco neighborhood **What We’re Looking For** * 4–5 years of experience as: Senior Tester, Test Lead, Senior Test Engineer * Experience in the banking or financial sector * Strong stakeholder relationship management across various business units, deliverable tracking, risk management, and performance reporting * 2–3 years leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior profiles, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement; collaboration with development teams and facilitation of agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) * 2–3 years defining and designing complex test case matrices, optimizing processes, overseeing functional, integration, and API testing 2–3 years managing requirement and test case management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Excel, etc. * 2–3 years using automation tools (UI, API, Mobile), e.g., Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, Swagger, etc. * SQL database knowledge (queries, stored procedures, joins, queries, etc.) * Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry-level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * SQL BDD Test Matrices * Test Jira Excel MySQL Scrum * ETL Defect Reporting * QA Software ALM Manuals * ISTQB Postman SoapUI *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69efd0be4100002f00080928\&source\=indeed*
