Project management under international standards **Vacancy: Project Administrator (Project Manager)** We are looking for a **Project Administrator** with solid experience leading large or critical initiatives, preferably in software development environments and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate combines leadership, structure, strategic vision, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams under international management standards. **Requirements** * **5 years of verifiable experience** managing large or critical projects. * **3 years of experience** managing development projects using agile methodologies. * **Academic background**: Bachelor's degree or engineering in: Computer Science and Informatics, Business Administration, Administrative Informatics, Mathematics / Actuarial Science, Physics, Accounting, Systems, Quality * **Verifiable knowledge** in at least one of the following: * PMP, ITIL v4, SCRUM Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI\-ACP), Risk Management * **Desirable:** Valid certification in PMP, ITIL v4, SCRUM Master, or PMI\-ACP. * Leadership, effective communication, and team management skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact projects. * Manage risks, resources, schedules, and deliverables. * Lead teams using both traditional and agile methodologies. * Ensure compliance with standards, processes, and quality metrics. * Prepare executive reports, progress updates, and project documentation. * Facilitate communication among technical areas, business units, and management. **We Offer:** **Work Mode:** Hybrid – Coyoacán, CDMX **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Contract Type:** Direct employment with the company **Compensation:** $45,000 net \+ mixed compensation scheme **Benefits:** * Continuous performance evaluations * Results-based bonuses * Professional growth opportunities * Statutory benefits guaranteed Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Up to $45,000\.00 per month License/Certification: * PMP (Mandatory) * ITIL v4 (Mandatory) * SCRUM Master (Mandatory) * PMI\-ACP (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
