Professional development on industrial construction sites **Job Description:** TEYAR is looking for an **Industrial Construction Surveyor** with experience in industrial projects, responsible for performing high-precision surveys, layout work, and surveying controls. The position requires ensuring correct positioning, leveling, and alignment of industrial structures, strictly complying with drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications. **Applicants without verifiable industrial construction site experience will not be considered.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform high-precision topographic surveys * Execute layout and stakeout of industrial structures (warehouses, deep foundations, platforms) * Control of axes, levels, and alignments on site * Continuous verification against structural drawings * Calculation and control of volumes (cut and fill) * Preparation of technical reports and daily logs * Operation and calibration of surveying equipment * Direct coordination with site supervisors, foremen, and engineering department **Essential Requirements:** * Education: Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field * Minimum 5 years of field surveying experience (INDUSTRIAL) Verifiable experience in: * Industrial warehouses * Platforms and earthworks * Foundations and structures Advanced proficiency in: * Total station * Survey-grade GPS * Automatic / laser level * Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D * Advanced interpretation of structural drawings * Immediate availability and willingness to work on-site **Key Competencies:** * High precision (minimum tolerance for error) * Sense of urgency * Technical accountability * Ability to detect deviations on site * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer:** Competitive salary commensurate with experience Statutory benefits Stable project Professional development on industrial construction sites WhatsApp: **55 84 75 33 41** Apply only if you fully meet the required profile Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $34,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On the road
