Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to validate documents, perform bank reconciliations, and record accounting transactions. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting role focused on validation and recording of transactions 2. Responsibilities in account analysis and reconciliation 3. Management of aging balance controls **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 5 years of experience * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with any accounting system (e.g., CONTPAQ) * Knowledge of financial statements **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receipt and validation of documents and invoices (CFDI); review of expenses and purchases * Bank reconciliations and account reconciliation * Standard accounting transaction recording * Preparation of working papers for control and numerical verification * Performing administrative tasks related to filing and control * Validating and recording the company’s accounting transactions and verifying their proper accounting treatment * Account analysis and reconciliation * Proper aging balance control for both accounts receivable and accounts payable * Preparing bank reconciliations. **WE OFFER** * Statutory benefits * **Bi-weekly payments** * Salary: **$17,000\.00 per month** * Uniforms * Bonuses (for punctuality and attendance) **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 6:30 PM Saturdays, 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM **LOCATION** Lago de Texcoco 47, La Laguna, 54190 Tlalnepantla, Méx.
