Position Summary: Accounting professional with experience in document validation, reconciliations, accounting entries, and account analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Account analysis and cleansing **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 5 years of experience * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Advanced Excel * Proficiency in an accounting system (e.g., CONTPAQ) * Knowledge of financial statements **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receipt and validation of documents and invoices (CFDI); review of expenses and purchases * Bank reconciliations and account cleansing * Accounting recording of standard transactions * Preparation of working papers for control and reconciliation of figures * Performing administrative tasks related to filing and recordkeeping * Validating and recording accounting transactions arising from the company's operations and verifying their proper accounting treatment * Account analysis and cleansing * Proper aging control of balances, both accounts receivable and accounts payable * Preparing bank reconciliations. **WE OFFER** * Statutory benefits * **Bi-weekly payments** * Salary: **$17,000\.00 per month** * Uniforms * Bonuses (for punctuality and attendance) **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 6:30 PM Saturdays, 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM **LOCATION** Lago de Texcoco 47, La Laguna, 54190 Tlalnepantla, Méx.
