Job Summary: Monitor delivery routes in real time to ensure on-time deliveries, manage operational incidents, and coordinate logistics efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Constant communication and operational coordination Track delivery routes in real time to ensure delivery compliance and respond promptly to operational incidents **Position: Logistics Monitor** **We Offer:** * Base salary of $13,000 gross per month, paid weekly * KPI bonus of $1,000 per month * Food vouchers worth $2,000 * **Night shift bonus of $1,200 per month, paid weekly** * Statutory benefits * **Availability to work night shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM, with 1 weekday day off** **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree * Experience in monitoring, logistics, or traffic (preferred) * Proficiency in Excel and tracking systems * Flexible availability for shift work * Strong communication skills and quick response capability * Verify that all documentation (e.g., waybills, permits, etc.) is complete and complies with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicles via GPS/internal platforms * Track routes and delivery timelines * Report and manage incidents (e.g., delays, deviations, accidents, etc.) * Maintain constant communication with delivery personnel and the operations team * Prepare reports and logs * Validate proof-of-delivery evidence Experience: * Familiarity with supply chain concepts, transportation modes, and applicable regulations. * Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make decisions based on information. * Skill in coordinating multiple shipments, prioritizing tasks, and optimizing routes. * Experience with TMS, GPS, and monitoring tools. * Ability to interact effectively with customers, operators, and internal teams.
