QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBLE

Description

At **SUPTER**, a company specialized in **civil engineering and construction supervision**, we are seeking to integrate a **Quality Management System (QMS) Responsible** into our team, who will play a key role in the **implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015**. **Position Objective** Ensure the proper implementation, operation, and improvement of the Quality Management System, aligning organizational processes with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and with business needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System\. * Document, update, and control QMS processes, procedures, and forms. * Coordinate internal audits and manage external audits. * Identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and corrective/preventive actions. * Train personnel on quality topics and regulatory compliance. * Ensure adherence to quality policies, quality objectives, and continuous improvement. * Generate indicators, reports, and analyses to support decision-making. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field). * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in implementing and/or administering an ISO 9001:2015 QMS\. * Knowledge of the **engineering, construction, or civil works sector** (highly desirable). * Experience conducting internal audits and managing process documentation. * Organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. **We Offer** * Join a solid engineering-sector company. * Direct involvement in QMS implementation. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits and a positive work environment. **Are you interested?** Please apply through this channel.
