Aitana \| Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón Schedule Availability 1 rotating day off during the week **Job Objective** Execute food preparation and presentation according to haute cuisine and fine dining standards, ensuring quality, flavor, presentation, and compliance with the brand’s established operational and hygiene guidelines. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in fine dining restaurants. * Knowledge of haute cuisine techniques, production, and plating. * Proficiency in hot line, cold line, and production stations. * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. * Schedule availability. * Service-oriented attitude, sense of urgency, and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and plate dishes according to recipes and established standards. * Verify quality, freshness, and storage conditions of ingredients. * Support production and waste control. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with food hygiene and safety protocols. * Coordinate with the chef and operational team to ensure timely service. * Participate in inventory management and ingredient control. **Competencies** * Working under pressure * Attention to detail * Organization * Teamwork * Focus on quality and presentation * Proactivity **Work Location** Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón.
