**Main objective:**
Meet the demand for client presentations and various departmental events by conducting BCTK sessions, targeted product developments, versatility testing for future products, sales force trainings, live sessions, customer-facing videos, and recipe book development to position the product portfolio nationwide.
**A day in the life of:**
1\.\- Deliver portfolio presentations to new clients across restaurant and contract foodservice channels via BCTK to position portfolio products and drive consumption, thereby supporting sales growth.
2\.\- Train customers—either digitally or in person—on proper product usage to ensure continued consumption based on benefits realized.
3\.\- Develop and update internal and customer-facing recipe books to increase product application opportunities, standardize costs, and introduce appealing innovations to boost consumption demand.
4\.\- Create and present seasonal and annual consumption-trend-based preparations to demonstrate portfolio versatility.
5\.\- Train the sales force—either in person or digitally—with functional and specific sales arguments to improve customer engagement.
6\.\- Coordinate the YOCUTA program both locally and nationally, managing its annual tracking and participating at the LATAM level.
7\.\- Support new product launches by organizing and participating in all required activities for such initiatives.
8\.\- Participate in the Chef to Chef Academy program and execute scheduled activities for the national CHEF DAY event.
**What will make you successful?**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy.
* 3 to 4 years of experience in hotels and restaurants, handling both savory and pastry kitchens.
* Expertise in savory cooking, pastry, and baking.
* Proficiency in recipe costing.
* Knowledge of food service operations.
* Experience delivering trainings, portfolio presentations, and dish demonstrations to clients.
* Experience filming recipes and explaining step-by-step preparation instructions to the public.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections.
